Bosun’s Den is a warm and welcoming 3 bedroom oceanfront home designed for relaxing and reconnecting after a day exploring the Cabot Trail and Cape Breton Highlands National Park.
The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar with ocean views, dining area, games space, spacious bathroom, laundry, comfortable living room with TV, and a king bedroom with walkout access to the deck. An indoor wood fireplace is also available to use for an additional fee.
Upstairs offers two queen bedrooms and a half bath.
Outside, enjoy the waterfront deck, bbq, fire pit, and unforgettable west coast sunsets.
Located directly on the Cabot Trail, the home offers easy access with ample parking for multiple vehicles.
Enjoy access to the full main and upper levels of the home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, deck, waterfront yard, and parking areas.
The basement and shed are not accessible to guests.
